Pastor Christal Pruitt
Preacher, psalmist, Evangelist and songwriter, Reverend Christal also ministers frequently outside her church. She has preached the Word and has ministered music during special services, women’s conferences at various churches within this region. In 2000, she was featured as a soloist on a cd project with Alvin Summers and VIP. In 2010, she partnered with guitarist Chris Harwood and they were both the song writers and executive producers of their cd titled “The Mason-Harwood Project’.
Up until July 2013 she was the lead singer and one of the songwriters and executive producers for the Contemporary Christian band, Plan Z. In September 2012, the band released their 1st CD project entitled “He Forgave Me”. Reverend Christal wrote a song for the World Harvest Church praise team titled, “Jesus on the Inside”, which has been included as a part of the Praise & Worship experience at the church while she was in attendance there.
In 2015, Reverend Christal was ordained into the Gospel Ministry through the World Harvest Church of Paducah under the leadership of Dr. Chris and Pastor Amber Cody.
She has been employed by Lourdes Hospital for the past 5 years where she is currently the Practice Manager at 2 locations, Reidland Family Medicine and Midtown Pediatrics .
Christal lives to inspire all as she uses her social media platform to give Motivation on Mondays at 6:30pm with her “Christalize Your Life” segment through FaceBook Live.
Christal is known as this area’s Pop Up Worship Leader! You can catch her singing on the weekends in various parking lots throughout Paducah.
On March 4th, 2017, her dreams came true as she married the love of her life, Pastor Gregory Pruitt of Mt Horeb Church in Metropolis, Illinois.
Together they have 3 children, Brandon, JaKayla and Sierra. They are GMomma and GPop to 4 grandchildren with the oldest being 12 and the youngest being 2.
